Soumendu completed his B.A. LLB from Jogesh Chandra Choudhury Law College and had been practicing extensive since then for more than a decade as a litigator at various Courts and Tribunals, he is also empanelled with Bank as an Advocate.

His primary area of expertise includes criminal, consumer, electricity, insurance, banking, labour, IPR, animal law and alternative dispute resolution. He excel at providing companies drafting services, legal representation and counsel services by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks related to fraud, financial crime and other civil and criminal activities.

Sujoy completed his B.A. LLB from Jogesh Chandra Choudhury Law College and have been practicing as an advocate at various Courts and Tribunals for more than a decade .

His primary area of expertise includes civil, consumer, real-estate, animal law and alternative dispute resolution. He is diligent in providing individuals and companies drafting services and counsel services by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks related to non-compliance.

Sucharita completed her B.A. LLB from University of Calcutta, Department of Law (Hazra Campus) and LL.M from National Law University, Odisha. She got certified on “Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, Forest and Environment Clearance of Projects” from IIT Kharagpur. She have been practicing extensive for more than a decade in several roles as an in-house counsel, attorney and advocate at various Companies, Courts and Tribunals, she is also empanelled with Bank as an Advocate.

Her primary area of expertise includes civil, real-estate, consumer, sports, telecom media and technology, labour, banking, IPR, mining, animal law and alternative dispute resolution. She specialises in drafting services, legal representation and counsel services and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

Prior joining Nomosscripta she worked as an in-house counsel at several companies which includes Rajwada Group, Merlin Group and Salarpuria Properties. Her present client base includes several real-estate houses, corporates and others.
